William Walker is from Clinton, Pennsylvania. He works as a team with Rebecca Walker in creating his fish decoys. He carves many fish that are similar to the Cadillac style of Oscar Peterson in style. His fish are of high quality and should be a good collectable. The Walker’s also made a lot of mini bird as shown in the January/February issue of Decoy Magazine Page 19.
