“I have been actively carving decoys since 1973 and collecting since 1983. I wish that I had really kept track of all my birds but by my best recollection, I estimate I have carved about 3,000 duck and goose decoys with the peak years of 1977 – 2982. I still love to carve and have always concentrated on working style decoys. Proudly boast being a third generation carver with my two sons, Len and Mike being the fourth generation and working grandsons to become fifth.”
