Platz, Herman – Cadillac, Michigan

Herm Platz of Cadillac, Michigan (Deceased) held the world record for a Sturgeon. He caught it on 12 pound test line and it was 85 pounds and 70 inches long. This happened in 1979. I saw picture of it over on a eBay store. He also appears to have carved in the Cadillac style.
