Mick Baker is the son of Dick Baker, who is famous for making metal decoys (See Frank Barons Book on Commercial Fish Decoys).
Mick started carving in 1970 and utilizes some of the carving methods of Isaac Goulette of New Baltimore, Michigan.
Mick signs his work with his name and Algonac so there is no doubt who carved the decoy.
