Charles Spiron was bon in 1948 and hails from Goldsboro, North Carolina.
It is believed that Charles is the maker of the fish decoy replicas sold at the Abby Aldridge Rockefeller Folk Art Museum Store at Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.
