Henry Max from Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
This is a story that I received from Mike Holstrom (povpoul@prtel.com).
“Henry owned Max’s Groc store on Washington Ave in Fergus Falls 300 block East, on south side of the street. The store closed in the late 70s. I grew up down the street, can remember the decoys on display in the store window, in the fall and winter. The metal for the fins came from egg white cans from the local bakery downtown. At first ice, there were always pickups with a dark house loaded in the back down at Max’s”
