Loe, Emil J. – Hibbing, Minnesota

Emil Loe was born in 1902 in a town called Akely, Minnesota and died in 1981. He calls Hibbing, Minnesota his home. He was a guide and outdoors-man and fish the Pelican Lake near Orr, Minnesota. He started carving decoys sometime in the 1940s and quit a couple years prior to his death.
