Jackie Hubbard was born in 1943 in Mooresville, North Carolina. He is a retired police officer and a new carver (2008) to fish decoys.  Jackie signs his decoys with J.H. and the sequence number.
In late 2008 Jackie was offering his decoys on eBay under the user ID: jackieh104.
