Vern Gebhart is from Hilbert, Wisconsin, which is on the east side of Lake Winnebago. He enjoys sturgeon spearing and traditions of the Winnebago area carvers.
He makes decoys, mini-shanties, spears, birdhouses, pins ect.  Vern does not sell on eBay.
