Frank Finney was born in 1947 and hails from Cape Charles, Virginia. 
Frank true craftsmanship comes from restoring ducks and carving fish in the old country style. He delves into the carver’s how-to prior to tackling the restoration of a duck or fish or other folk art.
His dedication to the accuracy of the original carver brought him high acclaim among carvers as well as collectors that would use him to restore their pride and joy.
