Dominick passed away unexpectedly on Thursday Jan. 31, 2008 at Munson Medical Center. Dominick was born in 1974 in Traverse City, the son of Philip J. Famiano and Nancy E. (Ziolkowski) Eisenhardt. Dominick married Rebecca in Aug. 2003 in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Littlefield High School and from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2000. Dominick was employed in Omaha as a radio disc-jockey until 2005. Dominick was a self-employed woodworker, specializing in fish decoys.
He will be missed. His fish decoys will be traded in the years to come and his memory will live on in us that had conversed with him.

Above are some examples of Famiano Carvings.
