Meidinger, Tim – North Dakota

Tim Meidinger is from North Dakota and he started carving fish decoys in 2000 and had carved about 30 by the end of 2006. He began carving with North Dakota started a spearing season.  He uses his own decoys to spear with and started selling decoys on eBay in early 2007. Tim told me that “It seems to me the longer a person carves the more intricate and more challenging the decoys get“.
This is the first fish decoy that Tim has tried to sell and it is very unique because he has incorporated Lighted Eyes. Made in early 2007
