Steve Jarnot made decoys in Brainerd, Minnesota and he also forged spears. Mr. Jarnot passed away in 1991. His fish were used a lot, which normally means that they not only swam well but attracted fish. He is listed in Don Peterson’s book “Folk Art Fish Decoys” (page 50) and Kimballs “Fish Decoys” book III (page 97)
