Well fish have eyes so do many fish decoys. Some are just scratched in or painted while others have tacks or jewels. Various glass and plastic eyes are either custom made or factory made. But a nail head makes a great primitive eye also. If you want to get a bit whimsical try a button or sea shell and even a pearl will work. We leave it to your imagination.
